Cupertino, CA — October 3, 2006 — Neterion, Inc., the industry leader in the 10 Gigabit Ethernet adapter market for server and storage environments, announced that it has appointed Kenton Chow as the company's new chief financial officer. Mr. Chow brings more than 20 years of high technology industry and IPO experience to Neterion, where he will be responsible for the company's financial strategy, operations and support infrastructure.

"We are very pleased to add a talented executive like Ken to our team," said Dave Zabrowski, President and CEO of Neterion. "His extensive financial and operational background and successful history in IPO activities will make Ken a great asset for the Neterion team as we expand our business."

"Given Neterion's excellent track record of innovation and exceptional list of customers and partners, there are tremendous opportunities on the horizon," said Kenton Chow. "I am excited about this new role and look forward to driving strategic business initiatives and market strategy."
